All- please be aware and DO NOT purchase anything from them and if you do, do not expect your shipment to be arriving on time. The commitments (& money being charged) for shipping are totally bogus and calls to the company are being answered as "go to our FAQs to see what we mean by our shipping".
In my case, I bought goods worth ~$150 and chose "1 business day shipping". Upon following up on where my consignment is next (business) day, I was told...
Oh, what we meant when we charged you money was...
"FedEx will deliver you in one business day, but we will take 5-7 business days to give it to FedEx from our warehouses".
I requested a cancelation immediately and was told, they can neither cancel nor revoke my shipment and after I receive my goods, I can ship them back and lose the coming in shipment + also pay for outgoing shipment from my pocket.
Overall:
- Misleading website.
- Misleading company ethics.
- Non-helpful customer service.
Never gonna use this company again. If I was you, stay absolutely away from them.
Placed an order 4 days after Memorial Day. 5 days after I placed my order no tracking was available. I reached out to customer service and the next morning, I received an email stating would be shipped out. Very disappointed as I was wanting to wear my purchased order to an event. I asked for a free shipping or a small discount for my next order and I received a crap response. Way to go Jimmy Jazz...nice to see how you treat paying customers.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! I ordered a pair of 6.5 adidas from Jimmy Jazz, it took two weeks to come in the mail and when the shoe arrived it was noticeably smaller than a 6.5. I actually have the same shoe in a different color from a "real store" that was a "5.5" and the Jimmy Jazz shoe was noticeably smaller. I called to return the shoe and the agent said all purchases are final. I asked for a Supervisor and she didn't want to transfer me over but did after 20mins of arguing. The supervisor was no help either. It's safe to say that Jimmy Jazz products are fake and I will never do business with them again... BEWARE!

So right after I left this people a nice review(although their shipping was 3 weeks late) I gave them a nice review, but now I regret it. They canceled my raffle win NOT ONE BUT TWICE then told me to write an email and guess what? Nothing has been resolved. Horrible service and there’s never an answer to any emails sent. Extremely bad costumer service. I have proof that I won twice and canceled on me TWICE. Don’t even bother shopping here, much less in the stores since there’s seems to be a lack of costumer service oriented skills from part timers to their managers always catching an attitude when you tell them something went wrong. Never again.
Brought over 300 worth of stuff. Shoes had no box and the other pair had a stain. My stuff in box was wet but outside box was clean with no stain. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM.
I had an issue with my shipping. It was in pending status for 4 days...with Fed Ex.....the order was lagging for about 5 days with them....I contacted Jimmy Jazz and they got in contact with FedEx in a couple of days my order was delivered to my home. Thank you!
Scam company. Don’t from them. Bought something never got it. Won’t give me my money back!!
Worst customer service!! Ordered sneakers for my daughter for Christmas and they were too small. Did not realize they have a 30 day return policy but emailed a few days past with no response!! My first day off called and asked if by chance they extended returns for Christmas like most retailers and if there was something they could do?? The answer was no!! Nothing!! Ridiculous...I will never purchase from them again and will make it a point to tell everyone I can about their lack of customer service!! Good work Jimmy Jazz...
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into Jimmy Jazz to purchase some Jordan 4's. They had them in the store and I was waiting for about 30 minutes to receive some help from a worker and yet I never received any. The store was not even busy. The guy worker in the shoes saw me waiting and rather than assisting me, just gave me dirty looks and walked away. I ended up leaving the store without buying the shoes and wasted time. Found them at FootLocker though and was in and out with the shoes in less than 5 minutes.

I was able to complete my dealings with no hassle. Would definitely use again. I was glad as the service was what I indeed need.
I made a purchase, and my Paypal had an older address that it was directed to. As soon as I approved the purchase, I realized this, and contacted Jimmy Jazz. I emailed them and called them. They assured me that my request was received and being handled to change the address. Not long after, I received an email that the Fedex label had been created for this incorrect address. I emailed, and called again, expressing my concern and wish to have it re routed, or cancelled so I could order again and have it sent to the correct address. I was assured that they would contact the plant, and have the package pulled. Today, the package shipped to the wrong address still. I called and emailed again. Multiple times. They would not even offer to contact Fedex to reroute. They told me they couldn't do that. I have sold goods that required shipping for 20+ years. I've had to contact Fedex many times to have packages re routed. After numerous attempts to have Jimmy Jazz help, they stopped responding. I would never order from them again, and will advise anyone else in my circles to do the same. I've been treated better by mega retailers in situations like this. I wish I had read reviews on Jimmy Jazz prior to purchasing. There are many other reviews like mine complaining about their service.
Jimmy Jazz is a thief. I place a order on October 9, 2020 and my products were never delivered. I called them and sent emails and that declined my refund. I spent $446.21. That told me there's nothing they can do once the package says delivered. They say I have to deal with the logistics company to get my money back. Jimmy Jazz wont give my money back for products that never came. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM JIMMY JAZZ. THEY ARE A Fraud Company. This was my first time shopping Jimmy Jazz. NEVER AGAIN.
